Aluminum alloy extrusion


Aluminum alloy is a material mainly made of aluminum and aluminum alloys by casting, forging, extrusion and calendering processes. In the aluminum alloy extrusion process, start by designing the product, because the design of the product is based on the given usage requirements, these requirements many of the final parameters of the product. Such as machining performance,

surface treatment performance and environment requirements.


During the extrusion process, aluminum cast rods must be softened by heat before being extruded. The heated aluminum cast rod is placed in the ingot bucket of the extrusion machine, the the extrusion rod is pushed by a high-power hydraulic cylinder, the front end of the extrusion rod has an extrusion pad, the aluminum alloy, which is softened by heating, is extruded from the mold precision forming hole under the strong pressure of the extrusion pad.


Indirect Extrusion is a similar process,but during the Introduction Extrusion process, the mold is mounted on a hollow extrusion rod, the die is pressed against the immobile aluminum rod embryo, aluminum alloy is forced through the mold to a hollow extrusion rod. In general, aluminum alloy extrusion is a complex and rigorous process, all sides need to cooperate to achieve the final effect.
